* All inserts are custom made to order. Our production time is 4-6 weeks unless prior arrangements have been made with Moon Shine to meet a deadline. Also, a RUSH service is available for $35.00 extra per insert and insures that the order ships within 5 business days. Approval from Moon Shine required on all RUSH orders.
